Description
This bundle of Thanksgiving Activities includes the first activities I ever made! It has been revamped and revised, so many of the downloads have a fresh, updated look! I kept the old ones in there too, just in case you'd find a use for them.

They include the following activities:
1) Thanksgiving Mazes-11 printables
This activity set includes alphabet and number tracing mazes, as well as fun pathway mazes. It can be used as printables or laminate them for use as activity mats. The alphabet and number mazes are leveled to help you meet your students where they're at. Simply have them start tracing the alphabet A-Z and the numbers to help the Pilgrim find his turkey.
2) Turkey Number Cut & Paste Activities-3 printables
This activity can be used as an opportunity to allow students to show their skills in objective counting for either practice or even assessment.
There are three different levels of this activity. The first one involves object counting 1-5. The second one involves object counting 3-7, and the final one involves object counting 4-8.
First have your students trace the dotted numbers at the bottom. Then let them enjoy cutting, matching, and gluing the corresponding number next to each group of adorable Thanksgiving characters while they count.
3. Thanksgiving Counting Activities w/ Pocket Chart Piecs-16 printables
There are multiple types of activities included in this download.
A) Counting Fun - Count how many Thanksgiving related pictures are in each row. Then find the number at the bottom of the sheet. Cut and paste it into the correct spot. Two sheets included (easy or less easy).
B) How Many More? - Look at the number of shaded, or colorful, Thanksgiving related pictures in each row. How many more do you need to get to five or ten? Two sheets included-one for counting up to five and one for counting up to ten.
C) Missing Numbers - Look at each row of numbers. Determine which number is missing and write it in. {Practicing sequential order.} Two sheets.
PLUS....
Corresponding pocket chart pieces. Print out multiple copies so that you have as many as you need. For added durability, print out onto card stock and laminate. Use them in your pocket chart and then as visual manipulatives for your students while they practice the activity sheets.
4) Trace, Count, & Add Activities-6 printables
There are three different levels included. The first level traces, counts, and adds number 0-5. The second involves numbers 0-10, and the third numbers 0-15. You can print these out as a worksheet for students to have, or print and laminate to use over and over again with dry/erase markers. Numbers are in gray scale so that students can easily see their own writing. Each level also includes a matching activity without the numbers, which allows students to demonstrate their ability to write numbers without guidance. Three different levels, six different activities.
5) Thanksgiving Positional Words Emergent Reader - Where did the turkey go?-18 pages
There are two versions to this silly turkey mini-book. One includes pictures of the turkey placed in various locations and the other includes blank places that allows students to place manipulative turkey pieces in the correct positions.
Each book is 9 pages long.
Plus, a sheet of turkey manipulatives is included.
6) ¿Dónde está el pavo? Common Core Positional Words Emergent Reader-18 pages
In Spanish.
There are two versions to this silly turkey mini-book. One includes pictures of the turkey placed in various locations and the other includes blank places that allows students to place manipulative turkey pieces in the correct positions.
Each book is 9 pages long.
Plus, a page of manipulative turkeys are included.
7) Common Core Numbers Dry/Erase Activity Cards-20 pages
There are three different activities. The first activity is geared for students who need practice with object counting and writing numbers. If you make these as they were designed to be made, one side of the card will allow students to count and trace the number of objects on the card. The other side will allow students to count and then independently write the number of objects. The next activity is made for students who are able to write numbers independently. This activity allows students to demonstrate ability to write numbers in sequence. The last activity, which is geared for more advanced users of these cards, allows students to demonstrate ability to write numbers both before and after a given number.
8) Roll & Write Activity Mats-3 pages
These can be used as printables or activity mats. Directions: give the students a die. Have them roll it to see which word they have to write.
For added fun, turn this into a game! Have two students compete to see who rolls & writes all of their words first! There are three different roll & write sheets.
9) Acción de Gracias Tirar y Escribir-3 pages
In Spanish. These can be used as printables or activity mats. Directions: give the students a die. Have them roll it to see which word they have to write. The first one involves practice writing numbers. The second is writing colors, and the third is writing body parts.

10) Count the Feathers Emergent Reader and Activity Mats -24 pages
The first activity is a mini book. Students will enjoy practicing their reading skills while they draw the correct number of feathers on each turkey.
The activity mats are next. To begin, print out the feathers onto card-stock. Laminating them will help prevent tearing and bending. Glue corresponding mats back to back so that on one side students will have a guide, and on the other, they will be able to practice on their own. Laminate these colorful mats and then let your students practice reading and placing the brightly colored feathers in the correct place!
11) Laberinto de números para el día de Acción de Gracias-3 pages

Students won't even realize they are practicing reading words with these fun, Thanksgiving themed color-by-(short) vowels! Four sheets total include pictures of a turkey, girl Pilgrim, boy Pilgrim, and boy Indian.
Directions: Look at the vowel in each word. Use the color key to color the picture.
14) Thanksgiving Turkey Pocket Chart Numbers 1-100-14 pages
Cut these squares out and laminate them. Use them in your pocket chart in numerous ways! You can use them for calendar time. You can pull out the appropriate numbers for counting by tens or fives. Pull out evens or odds. Use them for addition and subtraction problems and more! Whatever you decide, kids are sure to love manipulating these adorable turkey numbers!
