Thanksgiving Activities - Kindergarten Morning Work {November}

This bundle of Thanksgiving Activities (morning work) is a great way to start your day off right! These activity sheets, involving math, literacy, and writing, were made, with the common core standards in mind, to be independent practice sheets for students to do as morning work, homework, at a center, or for use in any other way you would so choose.

Common Core Everyday - THE BUNDLE

There are 25 sheets included, enough for five weeks of review practice, guaranteeing extra sheets for the month. They are set up in five different layouts-one for each week so that students will grow accustom to independent work. This month, the following skills are reviewed:

Literacy:
-Tracing and writing letters (In the order of the Handwriting without Tears curriculum-capitals first, then starting lowercase. A continuation of the September and October Common Core Everyday Activity Packs.)
-Letter matching (Upper case to lower case)
-Tracing the words of labeled items
-Beginning sounds
-Identify color words
-Write your own words

Math:
-tracing and writing numbers 16-20
-filling in number after a given numeral
-object counting
-Domino Dot Recognition (counting and filling in)
-AAB Patterns
-Number frames (filling in how many and counting how many)
-Identify/recognize shapes in both 2D and 3D
-Measuring taller/shorter objects
