Instructions and Contents:

Turkey

Students write what they are thankful for on the feathers!

Page 1: Feather Coloring Option 1: feather set

Page 2: Feather Coloring Option 2: set of 5 individual feathers

Page 3: Coloring Option: body, wings, legs, hat:

go with either coloring option of feathers above

Page 4: feathers (2 sets)

Page 5: legs, feathers, beak

Page 6: gobbler, bow tie, feather (3 sets)

Turkey Poem

Students paint fingertips to create feathers for turkeys.

Use orange, red, yellow, and brown paint. For handprint poems for the entire school year, check out our “Handprint Poem Pack”.

Photo Turkey

Take a photo of each child standing “like a turkey”. Copy turkey pieces. Students color, cut out, and add photo for an adorable Thanksgiving keepsake! Note that you may need to slightly enlarge pieces, depending on both the photo size and cutting skills of your students.
