Need a fun Thanksgiving math game before the holiday? This is just the one! This brings teamwork and math review together for a fun, Thanksgiving Dinner themed game.
There are four versions of the game, so you can play multiple times and practice different skills or find the one that fits your group and play it time and time again because your kids will surely want a rematch! With the four versions, you can practice number identification 3-10, making numbers 3-10, teen numbers, or adding tens.
The cards are spread out on the opposite side of the room (or gym if you want to get in some running while you are at it) and the class is split up into teams of 3-4. One student from each team walks over to the cards one at a time to grab a card and bring it back to their team. They decide if the card(s) match the key for one of the menu items for the Thanksgiving Dinner. Their goal is to find cards to match each food item to complete their Thanksgiving Dinner. The first team to find all the cards on the menu is the winner!
It also comes with a blank key so you can change it to meet your students' needs.
