In this Google Slides lesson, your multilingual, or English Learner, middle or high school ESL students will practice in the four language domains while exploring the indigenous foods and people of Thanksgiving. It also includes:

-Teaching tips

-Annotated language objectives

-Two different levels/lessons

-Nonfiction text about indigenous people and food of Thanksgiving (two leveled texts)

-Warm-up

-Audio for listening activity

-Grammar focus (past perfect for expanding/bridging and pronouns for emerging)
