In this pack, you will find Thanksgiving themed math activities that are designed for preschool and pre-K classrooms. These activities are perfect for your math center! I recommend printing the activities on cardstock and laminating them for increased durability.
Activities in this pack:
Size Sequencing Cards (6 sets) – Laminate, cut apart, and have students arrange the pieces in order by size.
Size Sorting Mats – Laminate, cut pieces apart, and have students sort the objects onto the mats by size.
Counting clip cards (1-10)– Laminate, cut cards apart, and have students count the items on each card and use a clothes pin to identify the correct written number.
Number sequencing puzzles (6)– Laminate and cut the strips apart for students to sequence the number puzzle on a table top. Use magnets to make this a cookie sheet activity.
Pattern Strips (8)– Laminate and cut apart. Glue the square pieces onto clothes pins. Students then identify which object comes next in the pattern and clip the correct piece in place. (Velcro can be used to attach pieces instead of clothes pins).
Measuring cards (5)– Students can measure the objects using any items that you provide them with (rulers, unifix cubes, paper clips, etc.)
Counting Puzzles (1-10) – Laminate, cut apart, and have students match the set of objects to the written number.
Tracing Cards (1-10)– Laminate, cut apart, and have students trace the numbers and words using a dry erase marker.
