In this Thanksgiving mindfulness activity, students will participate in a mindfulness exercise to explore gratitude through their senses! Use the mindfulness script included to lead students through the exercise and reflect on their experience of gratefulness. Students then create a turkey acrostic using their names to identify things they are grateful for. This includes a mindfulness script and full- and half-page craft printables.
