Description: Students will have 5-10 minutes to write down a description of their ideal Thanksgiving dinner – everything one ONE plate that would make their Thanksgiving awesome. They have to describe everything using great detail, because after the time is up, they switch papers with someone else in the room! Then, each student draws what the other student’s description portrays. After the drawing is finished (colored pencils will also be necessary), the description AND drawing are given back to the original student. Did it match up? If not, a bit of revising and editing might be in order. (5 more minutes). Then, the description will be given back and a second drawing will be completed.
