Looking for a fun holiday activity for your DNA and RNA unit? Look no further! In this protein synthesis game, students compete to make silly Thanksgiving sentences from DNA sequences.

Your students will learn valuable content about the formation of mRNA codons, transcription, translation, and protein synthesis- all while having a great time!

This game is interactive and engaging enough to maintain student interest, but simple enough for a sub plan. It can be used as part of a DNA unit or as a review activity to check student comprehension.

-64 printable cards with mRNA codons on one side and Thanksgiving words on the other side
