Sight words can be easily learned when students are provided with the opportunity to see the word in print over and over again. These sentence strips do just that. Each sight word is written 5 to 6 times in each booklet. There are seven booklets in all using the following sight words: I, the, see, can, is, big, are, where, my, there, one, friend, two, come, look, at, funny, red, yellow, and blue.
Each word is written in a dotted line format so that your students can trace.
You may use these as a write and wipe booklet or as paper booklets. You may attach all pages together to form one booklet or you can form 7 booklets each containing 6 pages. The sentence strips are numbered so that you can easily put them together. The numbers are 1.1 – 1.6 for the first book and 2.1 – 2.6 for the second book and so forth.
