*** A freebie Friday activity! Remember to check back, as I will post at least two Freebie Friday activities a month! ***
Fun questions wheels, where students can turn a wheel to change one element of the scene!
These can be used for a variety of purposes, such as answering wh- questions, creating sentences with predictable structure, structured writing tasks, or just having fun talking about Thanksgiving! Examples of activities include:
- Asking WHAT the children are holding, WHO is on the boat, and WHERE the turkey is standing, for each picture on the wheel.
- Asking children to use predictable sentence structure to describe the picture as you turn the wheel (for example "The girl has an apple, the girl has a leaf, the girl has...")
- Early literacy activities or use as a writing prompt. (Fill-in-the-blank and tracing pages are included - children can either write out words or cut and paste pictures to complete sentences).
