This "Decade of the Woman" Activity includes:

Students will answer questions about the advancement of women during the 20's and the different responsibilities and freedoms that were granted to them. Students will be asked to describe the importance of the passage of the 19th Amendment and the role that it played on American society. This detailed assignment will also as students to compare women in the 20's with some knowledge they already have of women int the 1880's and today. Finally students Will analyze two documents regarding the roadblocks that women have in life and a propaganda poster designed to prevent the passage of the 19th Amendment.
