This guide is designed to help students create meaningful artwork. The artist's process has been broken down into broad, interconnected areas of thinking and working. Use this graphic in your art classroom to remind students to revisit their ideas and focus on the process they are using to complete a project or artwork.
Also included are lists of questions that students can ask themselves as they work. I've found these questions especially helpful for students who are reluctant to be expressive or need lots of direction from me.
Print, post, or distribute. Suitable for students in sixth grade and up. Great for use in advanced art classes or AP portfolio projects.
