PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This activity is a nice one page, two-sided document that students can complete and discuss in a class period. The activity includes 5 excerpts of primary and secondary sources, and then a space on the back to answer whether or not the dropping of the bombs was justified, as well as space to provide their evidence to support their claim. After the activity a great discussion/debate can take place. The one thing students will need before they can complete this assignment is some context on the dropping of the atomic bombs and their effects.
