The Brain and Body Boost 25-day challenge is designed to encourage participants to get active. Each activity has an associated body boost. A body boost is a simple mental or physical challenge accompanying each activity. Participants are encouraged to complete one of the listed challenges for 25 consecutive days. They can also add their own Brain and Body Boost activities to the included template.
