Product Description
Students read an account from the War of 1812 of the Battle of New Orleans and answer 10 questions of varying difficulty (one connects the Battle to today). This would be great for a sub and the answers are included where appropriate!

Sample questions include:
-List the reasons for the "debacle for the British Army" and explain why those reasons posed challenges to the British.
-With the answer from the previous question in mind, why does this battle have such historical significance?
-Discuss why the Colonel and Sukey had a disagreement while shots were being fired.
-Explain the relationship between the Treaty of Ghent and the Battle of New Orleans.
