Do you need a graphic organizer that provokes critical thinking about the rights protected in the Bill of Rights, and why the protection of these rights is so important? This activity is what you are looking for!
This "Bill of Rights" Activity includes:
1) A graphic organizer activity that allows students and teachers to discuss the various rights and civil liberties guaranteed in the first 10 Amendments to the United States Constitution. Next to each amendment listed, students will be asked to describe the rights listed in the amendment and then elaborate on why the amendment and the liberties protected in it are important.
2) A detailed answer key to the lesson activity to save you time and help guide student comprehension.
If you need a presentation that aligns with this activity check out our bundle that offers this activity along with a PowerPoint, Keynote and PDF version of a fully customizable lecture to present to your students prior to completing this activity.
