"The Boston Tea Party" drama begins with a conversation between one of the Sons of Liberty and an old woman as they stand on the docks discussing what will be done with a shipload of British tea. Scene two has the Sons of Liberty sneaking on to the ship and preparing to throw it overboard as the colonists watch. Your students will enjoy finishing the skit by having the Sons of Liberty discuss what they are going to do. It will be fun to write the kinds of things they said as they threw 342 chests of tea into Boston Harbor.
