This activity is geared towards differentiating instruction. It gives teachers a comprehensive view of how much students understand the assigned reading.
Normally, RAFT is the acronym for "Role," "Audience," "Format," and "Topic." However, I have added a new letter in the end labeled "Specifications." The last part indicates what YOU, the teacher expect from your students based on the Format they have chosen.
This RAFTS is focused on Edgar Allen Poe's "A Cask of Amontillado."
More to come!
