These activities was inspired by my wonderful daughter who plays the trumpet magnificently. Celebrate your favorite Jazz song as only a math class can.
Students are given a list of coordinate points to plot. Sometimes the points are disguised as Math problems. Students can either solve systems of linear equations, solve 2-step equations, or find the vertices of quadratics to find the points.
Then the students should connect the points only within the designated zones. When they are done, they will have graphed The Cavalier.

 All points will be on one grid line or another.
 A completed picture has been provided to be used as a key.
