This PointPoint presentation has definitions, pictures, animations, sound bytes and multimedia aspects on the Colonial era and spans through the Revolutionary War. Subjects included: French & Indian War, all the "Acts" & taxations (Stamp Act, Intolerable Acts, etc), the lead up to the war, Sons of Liberty, indepth coverage of important battles, analysis of "Common Sense" by Thomas Paine; the Declaration of Indepedence, featured biographies of George Washington, and women of the times (Abigail Adams, Molly Pitcher, etc), military tactics, and the end of the war/birth of a new nation (1763-1783).
