Start the school year off right by building a classroom community of respect and appreciation of differences! After reading the classic story “The Crayon Box That Talked” by Shane DeRolf, discuss with your students the importance of each of their uniqueness. Choose the writing page that best fits your class (with or without writing lines), then allow students to create a crayon that displays all their unique talents and qualities!
Once complete, read the book to the class and then display in your classroom library!
Includes a front and back cover in color and black and white along with 2 styles of book pages.
