This lesson coincides with Act 3 in The Crucible. The students will read about the 4th-6th constitutional amendments and think about how these amendments corrected some constitutional issues in Act 3. The students will then read one of three U.S. Supreme Court cases and create a product, presenting it to the class. Teachers will go to www.streetlaw.org website to access information on the court cases. There is no key to this lesson yet. one will come at a later time. If you have any questions, please let me know. I tried to explain constitutional issues in the reading handout in case you are not strong in the government aspect to this lesson.
