This fun game challenges students to imagine how someone else feels in various situations. It is presented in power point format and can be used with large classes, small groups and even individual students!
Each slide contains a photo and description of what is happening. Students choose 1 from 20 emotions to match what is happening, creating a list as they go. Encourage students to think about how THEY would feel in each situation, then choose the feeling that they believe matches. Feeling words to be used in the game are listed on slide 4 and can be printed from the preview file for this item. I recommend printing the list of word and cutting them into word strips. Each student, or pair of students is given the 20 feeling word strips and as the slide is shown they choose the one they think is the best match placing the words in order from top to bottom. To score the game students turn over the words they got correct and leave the incorrect words facing up. Count the number of strips turned over and check your points!
