When students build curiosity through anticipation for this story
you’ll find they hardly put it down.

Ready-to-go materials here will guide your readers to build a sense of wonder
so they begin to draw upon their unique skills, beliefs and imagination to upgrade their awareness. Teams fully engage adventures and challenges, that teens too often fear they must face alone.
Students begin to anticipate the story’s relevance to their lives
through individual, pair share and team tasks. They love to engage both sides of their brain through multiple intelligences as they discuss allusion central to the story and complete a graphic organizer.
Finally they anticipate the story’s plot sequence in a team game
(with answer key included for easier faculty facilitation)
The team game, Number the Stars comes in two complete versions.
Some faculty prefer to laminate and save the game pieces, while others favor the no prep quality of worksheets to record their team findings. Either way students enjoy anticipating the plot and sequencing the story line in a race with other teams.
Students use what they learned to generate key questions
they would like to see answered in the story they are about to read.
Hopefully these ready-to-roll brain-based materials
will benefit your learners and leaders as they do mine at middle, secondary, university levels and beyond.
Do follow my TpT site
