This is a Cherokee story that teaches us the importance of forgiveness. Students will create a Strawberry relief sculpture combined with painting techniques. Included are: comprehension questions for the story (book not included), step by step procedures to create a strawberry plant with clay, discussion questions to inspire painting, a student reflection, links to strawberry coloring sheets to print. and an art standard checklist..
