Page 13-14 – “SNAP” – an open-ended activity – each student needs a “SNAP” matching card (page 13 – 2 on a page). The objective is to collect the turtle parts (a head, body, and 4 legs – each of the legs is slightly different). Page 14 contains enough cards for 2 students. Print more as needed. Use your own skill cards to elicit answers. With a correct answer, the student gets a card and places it on their matching card. If they receive a card with a complete turtle, they can place it on any of the spots. If they get a “SNAP” card, they lose one card. The first student to complete their card is the winner.
