These activities can either introduce students to the French and Indian War or serve as a review. This includes 4 short reading passages, a close read template, a true/false activity, thorough teacher instructions/information, student instructions, and an answer key. The reading passages give students a brief look at the tension between Britain, France, and Native Americans, the Albany Plan of Union, a brief overview of the war, and the effects of the war. In the close read template, students complete 2 tasks for four vocabulary terms, identify their passage's main idea, and write 3 supporting facts for that main idea. The 20 true/false statements have two parts to complete and the answers are included.
