Color by Words to Know: This is a sheet to practice the Words to Know of the lesson.
Story Structure Trees: Students practice the strategy of story structure through this craftivity.
Roll a Spelling Word: This is a spelling activity that you will also need dice. They will roll to see what word to write.
Prefix Re Cut and Paste: This is an activity to practice the prefix re-.
Spin and Color an “Ar”: This is an activity where students practice reading, and saying “ar” words.
Vocab Flash Cards: Students practice their understanding of the vocabulary words. They draw a picture of each word to help them know what each word means.
Pronoun Practice in Writing: In this activity students will be able to see through writing the importance of pronouns. I recommend pairing this with the school house rock video on pronouns to help aid understanding. You can find the video on YouTube.
The Garden Tri Fold: Print these pages back to back. Students will fold it like a brochure. Students will fill it out about the week’s selections. This is to help with the skill analyze and evaluate.
Words to Know and Spelling Practice: Students will read, trace, write, and rainbow write the spelling words.
