Pages 3-9: Puppets. Use the puppets to retell the story or act it out. Use different attributes and descriptors throughout the story to target new vocabulary.
Pages 10-12: Comprehension Cards: Who, What, Where? Read the cards to your students and have them choose the correct answer given a field of three.
Pages 13-16: Feed the Fox. Tape fox onto a empty tissue box and cut a whole near his mouth or tummy. Feed the fox and work on following directions, naming animals, turn-taking, attributes, descriptor words, and silly sentences!
