After your students learn about or research the Globe Theater, have them make a simple model of the Globe Theater. Copy this blackline drawing of the inside and outside of the Globe Theater onto legal sized paper (two-sided). Students will color and/or label the parts of the theater, then cut it out and tape it together. (This activity was inspired by an illustration in a book by Aliki.)
This Globe Theater Model is part of a larger lesson bundle: An Introduction to the Globe Theater. Check it out in my TpT store: http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Lisa-Lohmann
I have several Shakespeare-themed materials in my TpT store. They include bundles, games, and scripts of scenes related to William Shakespeare, the Globe Theater, Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Romeo and Juliet. Check them out!
Clip art from ineetagoodclip http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Anita-Goodwin was used in this product. Thanks, Anita!
