Do you need a week of fun read aloud lessons and standards-based activities for Halloween or the month of October? The Good, the Bad, and the Spooky by Jory John and Pete Oswald is a sweet book that you can incorporate into your read aloud time during a week of October. The lessons focus on different read aloud standards throughout the week. Students will have a response to reading activity at the end each day's lesson, along with a craft and directed drawing on two of the days.
