This is the rubric for my "Great Biscuit Challenge" activity. It is a companion file to my "Great Biscuit Challenge" evaluation worksheet. Students are divided into teams and each team has to use a different type of fat to prepare biscuits. The class then evaluates each biscuit to determine which fat provided the best results.
