This 35-page bundle of activities will enable students to understand better the importance of the food exchange between Europe and the New World and how it improved the diet on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. There are 12 intended learning outcomes included, a variety of activities including two long readings, Q&A, a supermarket mini-research project, some vocabulary expansion puzzles, recipes, and a trilingual chart showing the origin of words from the Aztec language (Nahuatl) to the Spanish to the English. This can be used as an English supplement to Spanish classes. All answer keys are included. This project is also available in Spanish as El Gran Intercambio de Comidas.
