The Great Gatsby: 1920s Magazine Page Project
Open your unit on The Great Gatsby with this fun background research project. Students will research 1920s topics relevant to F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel and then create magazine pages with a variety of elements to share the information they find. When the class shares their projects, students can fill out the included ballots to help them pay close attention and learn as much as possible from each other’s projects. Also included in the packet is a grading rubric to make the assessment easy for teachers.
