Learn about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln using the effective strategy of compare and contrast!
This mini-research unit on two of our great presidents provides the opportunity to learn about Washington and Lincoln by comparing similarities and differences.
The Great Presidential Comparison Project provides your students with a fun and engaging journal to record their research. To help them along, a research link page with three web links is provided for both Washington and Lincoln. QR codes and hyperlink addresses are included.
Your students will research with guided topics, create a venn diagram to visualize the compare/contrast and write up a short and simple summary. They will finish off the project with their own drawn portraits of the presidents.
