PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Teacher cooks popcorn according to directions in air popper (Convection), Microwave (Radiation) and Jiffy Pop (Conduction) and have students identify and justify types of heat transfer for each cooking method. Students must then synthesize the types of heat transfer and apply them in various examples. This is a great way to activate the students while teaching how heat travels.
