Are you blessed to have Vernier LabQuests but don't quite know what to do with them? Are you itching to try Google Classroom in your science classroom, but not sure how to start?

Students start with a very short reading passage to pique interest and link their learning to US History, prohibition, & NASCAR.
The lab set up is clearly laid out so students can easily follow the written directions on devices or on paper.
Quick Questions are placed throughout the lab to reinforce concepts as well as gently guide young minds to make connects and observe patterns.
Day One consists of the investigation where the correlation between mass and speed are explored.
Day Two asks students to apply what they learned on Day One to build a faster toy car. This allows students to use the technological design & engineering process to answer a real problem.
