Carolyn writes: I highly recommend this book-The Home Educators Copy Book and Planning Guide. I had been at a loss with how to organize my life, house, children and chores and the school work and this is the first I have seen that includes it all including unit study planning as well as packaged curriculum. She has wonderful scheduling tips and ideas. She suggests giving children the same chore-3 different ones each year. That way you would know whether or not the chore is being done. She suggests putting the load of laundry in the washer the night before and then place them in the dryer before breakfast-She manages to weave all house hold duties with school work. My house is actually cleaner because of it.
