The Hunger Games meets Instagram!
This project requires students to find the objects listed that are inspired by The Hunger Games and take an original picture of it. There are 22 topics/objects for prompts included that are significant and found in THG.
If you are looking for something to keep your yearbook students engaged after the final spring deadline, this would be an excellent project. Read the book or watch the film, and then assign this project! My students loved it, and it really made them think and practice their photography skills.
This would also be fun to do as part of a reading group or library challenge! Set up an Instagram board or blog and have students post there.
Suggestions for use, a general rubric, and common core links are included!
