This resource includes 2 activities and a worksheet to help students learn the importance of listening! These listening activities are based off of the book "Lacey Walker, Nonstop Talker" by Christianne Jones, however you do not need the book to use the activities. Activities include: a worksheet to help students identify the benefits of listening in various scenarios, a foldable to help students identify what they would notice and what they would have time for if they did not talk during various scenarios, and a sorting activity where students will decide whether they should talk or listen in a specific situation.
For more information regarding what is included, check out the preview.
This resource is perfect for individual and small group counseling sessions and can also be used as center/stations!
