Was the Industrial Revolution a blessing or a curse? In this lesson, students will examine a set of secondary sources and a set of primary sources. Students will form arguments for both sides (blessing AND curse) using evidence found in primary/secondary sources. Finally, students will submit their arguments to a structured class tournament and back them up with discussion and debate to determine who has the best argument.
