Students love a good hunt. They learn and remember that which they have to work for. This "internet scavenger hunt" gives students the opportunity to use the internet and the US Constitution to search for 21 answers about our lawmaking branch.
For each questions students are told in what article and section of the Constitution the answer is found. This narrows down their search, but also requires them to read and sift through information to find the right answer. There are some questions like "what is a Senator's salary?" in which students will be instructed to use the internet to find the current answers.
This is an activity that can be used as a preview or review of material as well as something that can be used if you are "flipping" your class.
