This video was available in the public domain at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcOqDyuzk9U when this worksheet was uploaded. The Liberation of Auschwitz contains a powerful introduction by Simon Wiesenthal. When the Soviet Red Army liberated Auschwitz, they videoed what they found. This is not a Hollywood type film and very appropriate in illustrating how the camp was operated. A brief mapping activity is included to help gain an understanding of the number of concentration camps that existed and their general locations.
