This product can be used to practice and assess the following Common Core standards:

3.RI.10- By the end of the year, read and comprehend informational texts, including history/social studies, science, and technical texts, at the high end of the grades 23 text complexity band independently and proficiently.

3.L.1i Conventions of Standard English: Produce simple, compound and complex sentences.

3.L.2a Conventions of Standard English: Capitalize appropriate words.

3.L.2c Conventions of Standard English: Use commas and quotation marks in dialogue.
