An Emotion Game with Picture Scenarios
(Identify how Billy feels, then put him into the picture!)
-10 picture scenarios
-5 pictures of a boy, "Billy," whose emotions vary depending on the scenario: Excited, Happy, Sad, Mad, and Scared/ Surprised
-1 written scenario for each picture (You can also create your own!)
-Present listener with a picture scene and read corresponding scenario (or invent your own), asking them how “Billy” feels in the situation.
-Ask them to choose the correct “Billy” based on how he should feel, and place him into the scene to complete the picture.
Other Questions You Can Ask
-How does Billy feel?
-Why does he feel that way?
-How would you feel in the same situation and why?
-How could you make the situation better? (If presenting a possible solution, Billy’s emotions can change accordingly, and listener can select the new Billy).
