This product was created by Jennifer Visconti @ My Communication Creations SLP© for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDA).
You can play this fun game during your therapy sessions to target a VARIETY of speech and language skills, such as articulation. Simply use your own articulation cards and you can work on ANY speech sound, in any word position. This game is suitable for 2-4 players.
Celebrate the meaning of Christmas – the birth of Jesus Christ. The first person to reach the manger is the winner! Simply take turns rolling the die and moving the corresponding number of spaces. As you may be using this game for a variety of speech and language tasks, you have the option to decide what specific task(s) your client will complete during each turn. For example, after the client rolls the die and moves ‘x’ number of spaces, s/he may have to: 1) pick an articulation card from a pile, and 2) practice saying the corresponding word 3 times before completing their turn.
This product includes:
2) Product Description + Game Rules
3) Customizable Board Game (The Meaning of Christmas)
YOU WILL NEED:
1) Therapy cards of your choice. This will depend on your therapy task.
2) 1 Die (Consider the use of a die that has only the numbers 1-3)
3) 2-4 pawns (1 per player)
