Go round and round in circles in a good way! Question loop activities are a great way of getting students thinking, listening and talking about pretty much any topic under the sun – they work particularly well for scientific terminology.
How do they work? Each student receives a strip of paper containing a question or a definition and an answer to a separate question. One student begins by reading out their question to the rest of the class. Students look at their slips of paper to see if they have the answer. If they do, they shout it out, then read out their own question. The process continues until the questions loop back to the beginning. Very easy, fun, and effective!
