PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This project requires students to rewrite a the short story "The Mixer: by P.G. Wodenhouse, from first person point of view of the Shyman. You can find the short story online or if your school uses "Collections" curriculum, you can find it there as well. The slide show gives a sample introduction and guiding question on each slide to help students write a complete story beginning with the exposition, then outlining important events, and ending with a resolution. It helps them see the difference in thoughts of a dog and a robber. You can have students present to the class in a slideshow or write a short story on paper. A rubric is included.
