This is such a fun activity for letter matching practice in the fall (or anytime, really)! Students will cut out the monsters on the second page, which have a lowercase letter on them. They will then glue those monsters onto their capital letter match, completing the picture of the monster. This is a great way to assess if they can match all 26 capital and lowercase letters!
Another option is to use this as a center. Just cut out the capital letter monster boxes, glue them onto construction paper (or leave them on the printout if you want to make it super easy!), and laminate. Then, cut out the lowercase set and laminate those. Students can then use this activity during centers to practice their capital and lowercase letter matching skills!
I hope you and your students enjoy this activity!
